At Sarcasm & Sentiments, we want you to love your purchase—even if the card itself is mildly offensive.
Because our products are custom-made and printed to order, all sales are considered final. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sarcasmandsentiments.shop with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement at no additional cost
- A store credit
- A refund, depending on the situation
Non-Returnable Items
Because our cards are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong item
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact your local mail carrier.
Sarcasm & Sentiments is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we’ll do our best to help you locate it.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.
After that, cancellations may not be possible.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
